How To FIGHT Mediocrity… (action plan)

Phewww…

I just got back from a FANTASTIC trip to Orange County where I spoke at my buddy Jason Capital’s Elite Mentor Retreat.

A lot of people have been emailing in…

“Patrick, what did you talk about in Orange County?”

And unfortunately the bulk of my speech, the great content, and the awesome stories that I shared are something that I simply can’t go into…

You simply had to be there to experience the hype yourself.

That said, if you are truly dying for a sneak peak at just some of the actionable content that was downloaded into over 300+ men’s brains… >> Click Here <<

MOVING ON…

I also want to take a sec and give a BIG shout out to all the kick@ss dudes who picked up their copy of my best-selling book Become Her Addiction: Words That Make Her Want You before it went up 148% earlier this week…

I can’t wait until you guys realize the ultimate power that knowing exactly how to charm ANY girl in conversation with her will bring you.

Just so you know…

Having this power doesn’t just stop at charming one girl.

Pretty soon, you’ll have the Charisma to charm groups of girls.

Guys too.

And not too long from now, you might even be on stage killin’ it like I was last weekend… (strategically insert ego boosting pic of me killin’ it on stage)

Patrick speaking on stage in OC(If you’re not yet following me on Instagram, then what the HELL are you thinking?!)

With that said, there is ONE more thing that I require from all the elite guys who picked up the massively discounted Become Her Addiction — ACTION…

Motion beats meditation, every day of the week…

A wise person once told me, the BEST way to become a mediocre person is to start hanging out with them…

And you are definitely not a mediocre person.

What is my definition of mediocrity?

Well I’m glad you asked.

It’s certainly not the first time I’ve gotten that question, and it’s not the last. Just take Dalmatian RaveLife for example:

"In your opinion what is mediocre/mediocrity?"

Great question, Dalmatian. And yes, I would have to agree. My charisma on #fleek.

Off the top of my head, this is how I would define “Mediocrity”…

Mediocrity: (n.) Anybody who doesn’t have the Charisma, Conviction, and Courage to go after whatever they want in life.

The type of person who despises the life they are currently living, yet they never take action towards getting those the life they DO want…

Anybody who looks down on other people who actually go after what they want. Mediocre people often try to viciously hold down other people with the ankle chains of average.

You know the type…

It’s the guy who when you tell them you want to do something, they start filling your head with crap like:

“Why would you want to do that?” Or…

“That’s stupid.” Or…

“That’s going to be too hard.”

These types of people often question your motives.
Question your plan.
Question your ability.

All in the efforts to keep you from improving yourself…

Because if YOU are constantly improving, then THEY are not.

#TheHardColdTruth

That’s why they do everything they can to hold you back…

Often times you can recognize the symptoms of mediocrity:

-Talking about how much they hate their job/friends/family/blah blah blah…

-Coming home from work just to get high and watch Netflix…

-Looking forward to escaping their normal life on the weekends…

-Always discussing irrelevant crap like the Kardashians, or MTV…

-Constantly starting conversations with “Remember when…”

-Never taking action on anything, and criticizing others who do…

It’s a PLAGUE…

The sad truth is that 99% of people fit into this category.

The best way to defend yourself from this plague called “mediocrity” from your own life is to viciously CUT it out.

I recommend starting with the News.

Cut it.

In fact, just cut TV all together. If anything significant happens, you’ll find out. Trust me.

And once you do that, take a hard look at the people in your life…

Any person who you recognize as mediocre, STOP hanging out with them.

And if they are family, friends, or coworkers who you can’t cut from your life cold-turkey…

Then just keep your interactions with them concise and brief.

The last thing you want is their limiting beliefs, negativity, and “safe” mentality rubbing off on you…

And trust me it will.

One of the guys I shared the stage with this past weekend is a man named Bedros Keuilian, and he talked about this exactly — cutting from your life the “crabs” who are holding you down.

And when it’s hard to cut them completely from your life, he says to adopt what he calls an “edited relationship” with them.

What does this mean?

Quit telling them about your goals and aspirations in life/business.

Stop going out of your way to hang out with them and talk to them.

Put headphones in when you’re around them.

Keep all of your conversations with these people at a surface-level.

If you do this ONE thing… I promise you… Your life will change for the better, FAST.

Now what if these people start getting offended?…

They will get offended.

So mentally prepare for it, and don’t pay any attention to it.

It’ll be the perfect kick in their a$$ that they’ll need to grow themselves.

When they see that you are a man on your path, growing, becoming more attractive, more charismatic… THEY will be inspired to do the same.

And when that happens, then they will start to follow your lead.

You become the beacon of inspiration for THEM to grow.

Trust me, it’s a great feeling when you realize that improving your own life actually improves the lives of those around you…

And when that happens, maybe you’ll even start your own tribe.

Who knows, you might even be on a stage inspiring 300+ men yourself. šŸ˜Ž

On that note…

F*ck mediocrity.

Be bold.

Take action.

And I’ll be right there with ya.

See you at the top.

P.S. Dozens of the guys I met in Orange County last weekend kept asking me when my next LIVE event is going to be…

Several even mentioned how disappointed they were because they missed out on the last Charisma Immersion Weekend.

…what can I say, the spots sell out QUICK.

Stay tuned, my dude. Good news coming soon.

(hint: November)
